HOW MUCH WILL MY WEB SITE COST?

It depends on how simple or complex you want your web site to be. Our minimum custom design is $3500 for 6 pages plus a simple feedback form. Most businesses spend around $5,000 to $6,000 for a good professional site that will provide successful results. Adding on later will cost you more. It's better to pay a little extra and get a whole lot more in the beginning. Spending just $3500 on your web site equates to only $9.59 per day for one year. Not much for world-wide advertising!

CAN YOU RE-DESIGN OUR CURRENT WEB SITE?

Yes, we can re-design the look and feel of your current web site. Often, dissatisfaction with a web site emanates from the fact that another web design company has either promised the world for too low of a price, or are paying a premium and not demanding enough service. Remember, you get what you pay for!!

CAN YOU PROVIDE A COST PROPOSAL?

Yes, if you give us an outline or skeleton view of what you want your site to accomplish, where you want your navigation to go, what type of special effects you want incorporated into it, we can give you a fair estimate of the overall cost.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DESIGN MY WEB SITE?

With years of project management experience, by the time we receive all your information and content and actually start on the site, allow 3 weeks to 30 days, depending on complexity. We take all contracts on a "first-come, first-serve" basis, so it's important to reserve time by putting up a deposit.

WILL YOU BE HOSTING MY WEB SITE?

No. We specialize in design work. We set you up with DATAPIPE, our Internet partner as your host unless you already have a server established. We are a full "turn-key" web designer, so if you need domain registration and hosting services, we will handle it for you at no additional cost other that what DATAPIPE charge for their services. After the designing of your web site is completed and payment is received in full, we upload the files, check out the site functions and register with the search engines.

CAN YOU DESIGN A LOGO FOR MY SITE?

Logo design is part of a developing your branded appearance if you don't already have one, or if you want your current logo enhanced artistically we can do that as well. Custom artwork for existing logos, photos, etc. is charged on an hourly rate. Always allow for artwork in the price, as this specialization is what will make your web site stand out from your competition.

WHAT KIND OF PICTURES DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

Any photos, brochures, marketing or advertising visuals will do. We will scan them at the proper resolution, crop them, size them, compress them for fast load time and add special effects. Flat pictures in a web site look elementary and amateur, so we will always give your pictures some custom work. The appearance of your web site is just as important as the appearance of your storefront, home, vehicle, clothing. It makes and leaves an impression on all who see it.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ANY GOOD GRAPHIC IMAGES OF MY BUSINESS?

We will research to find appropriate images for your type of business if you cannot provide your own. The majority of our clients have only given us the copy they wanted on their individual pages and we created the visuals that made the web site unique. These details are what we specialize in. Our reputation lies in successful and visual client sites and nothing short of that is acceptable to us. We are also available to set-up a digital photo shoot of your storefront, office space, employees,  vehicles, products or whatever you could imagine to make your web site unique.

WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES AFTER YOU'VE STARTED THE SITE?

Simple changes are often no problem if they are brought to our attention before that particular part of the site has been done. However, as an example, you wanted to add another link to the navigation after the menu had been created, you will be charged for the time it takes to re-do the whole menu. Our policy is to create the site with the information on hand and be paid according to the contract. Afterwards, changes can be made on an hourly rate.

DO YOU MAINTAIN MY WEB SITE IF I NEED PERIODIC CHANGES?

Yes we can. We charge $100 per hour for modifications, whether they are done immediately or 30 days or 6 months later. Adding new pictures or new pages are charged for accordingly.
