ORDERING INFORMATION

Three ways to Order:

  1. Phone us. Toll-free at 866-777-S.O.U.L. Please complete the order form first and print it for your records. Our sales staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

  2. Fax it. Complete the order form, print it and FAX it us at 973-912-8023 any time.

  3. Mail it. Complete the order form, print it and send it to us at P.O. Box 646, Short Hills, NJ 07078. This is the only ordering method available if you wish to pay by check or money order.

Payment Method:
All payments must be made in US dollars drawn on a US bank.

  1. Charge it. We accept Master Card and Visa.

  2. Check or Money Order. Please make payable to:  S.O.U.L.

SHIPPING
Orders are normally shipped within 7  business days from when they are received and should reach you within 10 business days. During the month of December orders will be shipped within 2 days from when they are received, and will reach you within 3 to 5 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you by phone or e-mail. All packages are shipped via UPS ground.
As a result, we are unable to accept P.O. Box numbers for shipping addresses.
RETURNS
Any item may be returned for any reason, within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund, credit or replacement (less shipping & handling). Please ensure the product is in saleable condition.

  1. Please call us for a return authorization number.

  2. Pack item with return authorization number on outside of package.

  3. Send to us by UPS or insured parcel post. We are unable to accept COD or Postage Due packages.
S.O.U.L. product is designed and distributed exclusively by
G.P. INC.  & is not available in any stores.
